THE OPPOSITE ONES ARE IN LOVE Guns and buds of roses. Pills and parade of floral stamps that remember "azulejos." Imaginary automobiles and reassuring "peluches." They cohabit, in a real geometry of the opposite ones. The Blue deep Ultramarinis, with the hostile, acids Greens. The kind Colonial ones melt with the Unnatural Pink. Arduous, but possible approaches, precisely as opposite ones. But the contrary ones, as known, look for each other and tend to attract each other. For an Alchemy of difficult understanding. Yet it happens. This Spring-summer 2007 of O.titude exalst the Female Nature in each of its aspect, naturally contrasting. We have structures of dresses that naturally flatter the figures, as the garments in cotton jersey or viscose that remember us the 40’s, with their inlays of embroidered tulle ; but also the dresses, apparently more severe, or perhaps more contemporary, aggressive, as the sheath dresses, bald, from the ruined edges, apparently lived of elastic, very fresh muslin. The hyper-feminine underskirts, almost anatomical, embellished with thin mannered straps of strass and ribbons, are opposed to softer reassuring forms, reminding us of ' The Empire Style', re-interpreted, pleasant, playful in the multistrata gauzes. The 'coulisses' of cotton braid, masculine, help the exaltation of the feminine anatomy. The 'bustier' dresses, asymmetrical, vaguely style 'Toulouse Lautrec', are demythologized by desanctifying shoeprint that have trampled on them, tracks of automobiles tires that have impoverished them of their excessive exuberance. We like the opposite ones.
